The routine

How a rental works

  1. Reserve

Call (240) 834-9301 or tap the booking button. Let us know the address, the dates, and a rough headcount.

  2. We bring it and set it up

Our driver places the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing the direction you prefer.

  3. Weekly maintenance, then removal

We pump, sanitize, and restock every week, then haul the unit out once you let us know the job is finished.

Built around your timeline

Pump-outs and restocking are part of every rental, every week.

One number for everything

You talk to the same small crew each time, never an answering service.

Freshly sanitized units

Every unit is scrubbed and disinfected before it leaves our lot.

Rental terms that adapt

Keep it for a weekend, a month, or the entire length of the project.

09 / From the owner

A family business, not a chain

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I'd trust at my own house. We're family-run, so if something isn't right, that's on us, and we sort it out the same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.

Questions

Common questions

Something else? Call (240) 834-9301.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough room to maneuver a wheelchair.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

What kind of spot do you need for drop-off?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, free of low wires and away from any digging.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We pump the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule an additional weekly visit.
